ORE FEED STATION (DRY FEED)
DOVE Bulk Feed Hopper for dry feeding integrated with Vibrating Grizzly Feeder and Belt Conveyors is configured as primary ore feed hopper for a DOVE alluvial gold washing plants, or DOVE hard rock processing plants, for feeding by Dump Truck, or Loader, or Excavator.

ORE FEED STATION (WET FEED)
DOVE Bulk Feed Hoppers for wet feeding are manufactured with most robust construction, assuring continuous loading impacts and harsh mining site conditions. Integrated with DOVE high pressure Hydraulic Cannon/Monitor, and Slurry Channels they ensure efficient and continuous transition of slurry feed to various stages of the washing plant.

GOLD TROMMEL
The largest range of Trommel Screens of different types and specifications, customized according to the project requirements and ore characteristics. Unique screen design, up to 4 times longer life and more efficient screening performance, with no material clogging and blockage of the screen.

JIG CONCENTRATOR
The essential gravity concentration device in mineral recovery, for continuous and efficient washing, concentration, separation and recovery of metals and minerals production. Mounted on optional wheel set trailers, Jig Concentrators provide you the ease of rapid transportation to almost any location.

VBS® CONCENTRATOR
Metal and mineral gravity concentration device, exclusively designed, patented and fabricated by DOVE, for efficient washing, concentration, separation and recovery of fine metal and mineral production below 3 mm particle size. Available in stationary or portable configurations. VBS® is highly economical, does not require operator. It is also designed with security system to protect production from unauthorized access.

CENTRIFUGAL CONCENTRATOR
Highly effective device for high concentration ratio and high recovery of Coarse (-2.0 – 0.5 mm), Medium (-0.5 – 0.2 mm), and Fine (0.10 – 0.04 mm) Gold, Platinum group of metals and other heavy mineral particles. Supplied with integrated surge bin and hydrocyclone mechanism, rubber fish tail, fully integrated high pressure multistage water pump, hydraulic piping network, steel stand structure, electrical circuit control board and security system.

Highly efficient gravity concentrator device, used in separation, treatment, cleanup and recovery of Gold, Chrome, Silver, Lead, Zinc, Iron, Tungsten, Tin, Copper, Titanium, Manganese, Aluminium, Barium, and other similar ores. Wooden Deck, Fiberglass Deck, or Aluminium Deck. Supplied in various configurations, for both Left Hand and Right Hand Feed design, as well as Multi Deck Shaker table design.
